I have visited Fess Parker winery a couple of times and I used to watch Daniel Boone reruns every Saturday morning when I was a kid. So, I have a soft spot for FP wines. I have had several pinots and syrahs and even a couple of their chardonnays. Good juice, nothing life altering, but solid, very good wine. I was therefore a little bit excited when this showed up in the PLCB system. A great nose of grapefruit and white peaches, with an acidity that smacks your mouth right away. An above average finish for sure, this is really good, particularly at the price point. Very Good to Excellent. 89-90 points. http://thedrunkencyclist

Let's face it, if you like "dry" Riesling, you really don't like Riesling.

The Germans would disagree with you. They drink far more dry Riesling than sweet - or so I am told.

Please don't tell me what I like and don't like. Stick to what you like and don't like.

I like both dry and sweet Riesling. So, do I like Riesling or not? Confucious say, "my brain hurts."

If you like "chocolate" ice cream, you don't really like ice cream. (Makes about as much sense.)

Have to agree with PWF’s comment. This was crisp and clean, with white peach and mineral & generally pleasant for a dry wine. Prefer the semi-sweets though, when in the mood for Riesling

Did not care for this at all. Tasted like a rubber band soaked in gasoline.
